What data are we storing and why?

When you sign up, you are required to link an email to your account. After connecting your email account, we save your account and identify it via the Email address ID.

We save the point of time of registration to generate statistics and provide sufficient proof of the adoption of our policy.

All server files created via your personal web or game server will be saved on our local in-house servers.

Our storage drives store files from your server, logs, and all events. (Load files when starting the server or saving when stopping it with your username or user ID. These are stored for up to 7 days and help identify and solve general or individual problems in our storage system.)

Furthermore, we track how many people are currently interacting with your server to display them on your dashboard in your account to determine statistics on the total number of interactions with your server.

Every request on our website is captured and stored for security measures and our security email service. URL, IP address, session ID, Cloudflare Ray ID, and the country code provided by Cloudflare are stored. These are utilized to analyze problems and to detect and defend against attacks.

Blamdom's website will never save your IP address long-term when you use our website. However, servers may write IP addresses and other people's IP addresses into log files. Log files are overwritten on each startup and can always be deleted by reinstalling the server.

We also track a variety of activities on our server, such as when you start your server, who enters or leaves your server, and when you set up your server. These activity logs are accessible via the panel and are viewable for consumers to view activity logs. Any Blamdom administrator has access to these logs for troubleshooting reasons.

Who has access to your information and why?

To operate our site, we need the services of various third parties that could have contact with your data. We have an agreement with all the companies listed below to ensure that they use your information only for their purpose.

Cloudflare, Inc: CDN and WAF (performance and security improvements) for our website. All data sent to our website will be reviewed and forwarded by Cloudflare.

Your rights

We save all the mentioned data from registration until you close your account. Within 7 days of deleting your account, we delete all data connected to your account. Within this grace period of seven days, you will be able to recover your account.

You have the right to information about your personal information, as well as the correction of any information. Additionally, the processing can be limited or contradicted completely. You have the right to request your data.

The provision of your data is both legally and contractually binding and optional. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you our services if you do not agree to this policy.

You are only allowed to agree with this policy if you are a minimum of 16 years of age. Depending on your region's regulations, this is subject to change.
